Private Pregnancy Yoga
I offer one to one pregnancy yoga sessions (from 12 weeks gestation, ideally after your first scan) to help you connect with your baby and prepare for labour and birth by building strength and stamina, whilst respecting the needs of your changing body. If you are experiencing any pregnancy related symptoms or discomforts, such as nausea and sickness, heartburn, low energy levels, pelvic pain, lower back pain, anxiety, etc. we can work together and plan a yoga session that would meet your own personal needs, by focusing on specific poses or sequences, breathing techniques, visualisation and relaxation techniques.

Private Postnatal yoga
After giving birth, the body is still undergoing lots of changes and adjustments. Postnatal yoga is a modified, low- intensity yoga practice, which has been shown to decrease the risk of postpartum depression, help balance your energy, lower blood pressure, and reduce stress and anxiety. Postnatal recovery can have an impact on your health for several decades of your life.
I offer one to one postnatal yoga sessions (from 6-10 weeks after birth) to support you in your postpartum journey. We will work together to plan a yoga session that can bring the most benefits to you, by looking at your own personal needs and the needs of your baby.

"Pregnancy and Birth require us to open and expand. Postpartum requires that we close our physical bodies back up, that we re-define our personal boundaries, and that we reconnect with ourselves as newly born Mothers"
